Pours a reddish brown with fine, off-white head.
Smell is fruity and floral with notes of caramel, dried fruit, citrus and a hint of spruce.
Taste is more floral than the taste, and as fruity. Notes of citrus, dried fruit, apricot and a hint of elderflower and caramel. Soft bitterness, would probably work well with fatty food.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice red ale, easy to drink, but with plenty of flavor.
