Pours a dark reddish brown with a thick cap of tan head.
Smell is malty and roasted with notes of pumpernickel, caramel, red berries and some fruity hints.
Taste is malty and roasted with nice fruity underpinnings. Notes of brown bread, rye, red berries and some cocoa and leather. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a really nice dark lager with lots of flavor.
