Bière de fermentation mixte élevée 12 mois en barrique de Cornas avec ajout d'herbes aromatiques fraîches (menthe, fleurs de sureau, verveine, tanaisie)
Very nice acetic presence which goes perfectly with the herbs and hops added. Not really a gruit as it has hops added but the result is very nice with a good balance, a nice complexity and layers coming as the tasting goes forward.
