Une maceration d’abricot drômois frais et entier dans une barrique de St Joseph pour une jolie fermentation mixte.

Ok so oxydation has affected the beer no doubts about it. Still it doesn't ruin the beer. Apricot is light in there but the brett presence is nice. The beer is not overly funky but quite in balance all along even if it's not in perfect harmony
