Dark brown colour with significant cloudiness. Yeast particles visible in the glass. Beige head, medium height, rather unstable. Fine bubbles reduce to a thin layer and remain so almost until the very end.
The aroma intensity is moderate. The leading notes are malty, slightly bready, lightly roasted, earthy and herbaceous-spicy. The aroma components are consistent and form a uniform whole.
The taste is slightly sweet with a distinctly stronger, spicy, perhaps even slightly roasted bitterness.
The alcohol gently warms the throat. The carbonation is high, which is a little distracting. The body is medium at most. The texture is rough. The aftertaste is medium-long and dry.
