Poch's Cervesa Artesana

Black colour with no translucence. Pale brown head high and persistent. It trails to a thick ring and gently paints on the glass.
Aroma of intense roast, coffee with notes of dark chocolate and a hint of dark, dried fruit (plum).
Taste sweet (the liquid leaves a sweet, sticky film on the mouth) with a strong, roasted bitter counter.
Alcohol nicely structured. Saturation low. Texture smooth, "slippery". Body medium upwards. Aftertaste long, roasted, dry.
