Lasting, creamy ivory head. Medium orange, with a little chestnut hue, for the look. Spiced, floral, slightly sweet and medium toast, caramelized malt aroma. Light level of medium toasted and caramelized malt, with a little watery, medicinal note to it, for the taste. This doesn't resemble a wee heavy (Scottish ale).
