Copenhagen 26/1 2021. 33 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgaard web-shop. Salt’s usual design with a web of hexagons this time on a red can.

Pours hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick, frothy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor with a fruity touch and citric notes. Mango and peach. Citrus and gooseberries.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi dry.

Decent if not unusual.

Can. Cloudy orange. Thin and dense creamy head.
A mix of tropical and citrus fruits with meadow grass on the nose.
A subdued reflection of the aroma upon tasting. Pineapple and melon noticed.
Light carbonation. Quite viscous.
Decent version of the style.

330ml Can from Beer52:
Light, hazy amber with a very big, foamy white head that holds pretty well but is a little big. The nose is fairly fresh with some faintly bitter with citrus & pine hops then a few tropical notes. It's zesty tasting with more citrus & bitter hops, a little pineapple & some mango sweetness too. It's dry & tangy with good carbonation levels without being overly pronounced.
