A crisp and light gose infused with meyer lemons & rosemary. Aromas of lemon & orange are balanced with pine & pepper. The distinctive sweet taste of the Meyer lemon is balanced with light sourness, floral rosemary & a hint of sea salt.

L: Clear, dark gold, many streams of bubbles, rapidly disappearing head, no lacing.
S: Sharp lemon juice.
T: Follows the nose with the addition of a distinctly salty tang.
F: Medium body, clean but mouth-puckering sourness.
O: An excellent, super refreshing gose. The meyer lemon is very prominent (albeit tasting like regular lemon with the acid dialed down), as is the sea salt. Good stuff.
