Copenhagen 2/1 2021. 44 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgård Webshop. Dark can with light green web of 5-sided cubes and the name of the beer in big white letters.
Pours unclear yellow with a big bubbly white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fresh citric whiff and more subdued sweet exotic fruit. Citrus and grape fruit. Peach and pineapple.
Moderately strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense but a little watery. Light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit. Finish is fairly dry.
Fresh light drink for a summer day. Too bad it’s January.

Kettle hopping: Sabro
Dry hopping: Sabro, Vic Secret, Enigma
On the nose immediately hints of summer fruit (peach) and tropical fruit (mango, pineapple, lychee).
Poured fairly vertically, it releases truly intense tropical aromas.
Cloudy yellow, "hazy", although not impenetrable.
Soft and tasty foam that gradually disappears.
In the mouth soft and silky body (there is oat),
light as style requires, perfect carbonation: present but not excessive.
In the mouth the bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits (ripe orange) is re-proposed and, in a rather clear way, a final velvety coconut is felt.
Dry finish.
