Copenhagen 6/1 2021. 44 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgaard web-shop. Green can with a web of interconnected hexagons. Beehive-like.
Pours opaque, hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Settles as uneven, lumpy, layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a fruity sweetness mingling with stagger citric fumes. Sweet peach and pineapple. Citrus and tangerine and blood orange.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter and a little thin. Lingers for a bit. Dry finish.
Refreshing and citric. And a bit light footed.
