Copenhagen 7/2 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Salt’s usual design with a net of hexagons in yellow and green.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a small white head. Settles as a lonely island of foam swimming in the center of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light fruity sweet odor and stronger citric notes. Sweet orange and peach. Citrus and unripe berries. Sour-ish.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sourness. Aftertaste is a bit thin and sour. Lingers shortly. Dry finish.
More Kettle Sour than Indian Pale Ale. But what the hell anybody looks good in a seersucker suit.
