Copenhagen 31/1 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé. Frb. F. Salts usual design with web of hexagons in dark and light blue.

Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a fresh, fruity sweetness of exotic fruits mingling with citric scents. Honey melon, peach and papaya. Citrus and lime.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Finish is semi-dry.

Fresh and fairly intense for the style.
