A Panettone flavoured Yorkshire Stingo brewed in collaboration with Beer Paradise.

A traditional ale, originating from the North of England.

Think rich, malty notes upfront with flavours of vanilla, chocolate, almonds and rum & raisin.

Copenhagen 29/1 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Salt's usual design with a web of hexagons made out to look like woven fabric.

Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden orange with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with sourish notes. Sweet caramel, toffee, sweet raisins. Orange rind. Hints of Christmas spices.

Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, oily, almost flat texture.

Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed y a light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a while. Finish is sweet, sugary and caramelly.

As it is named after an Italian cake it must be expected that this is a sweet endeavor. And so it is - and nothing else.
