440mL can from online supermarket. BBE 10/06/2026.
Appearance: Slightly hazy golden yellow with a fluffy white head.
Smell: Hoppy herbal notes, and hints of lemongrass, pine, biscuit, flowers.
Taste: Slightly malty-sweet, with a mild astringency, and moderate bitterness. Malt liquor and pine in the mouth, very little citrus notes despite the manufacturer's claims.
Feel: Slightly syrupy, with a low-moderate level of carbonation.
Overall: A good DIPA by itself, but it does not measure up to the manufacturer's claims of delivering tones of floral scents and citrus flavours. Possibly a dud can?

440ml can from Asda supermarket, Peterborough (£2.35):
Pale golden to lemon yellow with a 1.5cm, foamy white head holding well. Floral & sweet, a mix of citrus/lime & orange notes with grapefruit; unusual but pleasant. Slightly more bitter with the taste, good grapefruit, pine & herbal hops then some of the lime & orange from the nose. Definitely fresh, with a light-medium body & some alcohol showing at the end.
