The humble flax is the unsung hero of the floral world. Fibres are extracted from the flower's seeds and stems, creating strong, lightweight linen garments.

Similar to the plant itself, FLAX is an undeniably versatile brew. This 6.6% IPA is bold yet bright, blooming with floral notes and citrusy flavours that culminate with a crisp, pine finish.

Copenhagen 3/9 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Red version of Salt Beer Factory's usual design with the small hexagons.

Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head- Stable. Settles as a 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruit and bit of sweet malts mingling with a more subtle tart scent. Sweet caramel and ripe peach. Tart citrus and lemon. More sweet than tart.

Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture. Not fizzy but rather gentle.

Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is quite dry.

Sweetish but with a nice bitter bite in the aftertaste..
