Copenhagen 20/3 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Blue can with small droplets dripping. The name of the beer in red runny letters.
Pours unclear almost hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor and a fruity touch of sweet exotic fruit. Mingling with a sharp citric scent. Sweet pale malts and caramel. Peach and pineapple. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone. Lingering. Finish semi-dry with a touch of alcohol.
The Drip from Salt Beer Factory was a decent NEIPA. And the Double Drip is certainly a decent DIPA.
