Unfiltered, authentic German style wheat beer served "mit hefe" (with yeast). Pale straw color with a very rocky bright white head. Medium-lite body with a light citrusy tartness and "spritzy" mouthfeel. Complex and balanced with a slight wheat aroma and nose reminiscent of banana, and clove. Traditional decoction mash!
