Poured into a Nonic.
Pours medium gold and moderately hazed. Very nice head and lacing.
Juicy aromas of citrus (ruby red grapefruit) with hints of resin.
Honey-kissed malts on the tip of the tongue. Plenty of citrus peel, pith, and flesh (mostly grapefruit) in midstream with a hint of resin at the finish. The flavors are a little vague compared with its betters, but this is ok. The brew warms and the booze grows in its presence as well at the finish.
Nice medium feel with good carbonation that doesn't overpower a very nice smooth delivery that often eludes this style. very drinkable for the ABV and style.
Overall, the flavors are somewhat subdued, but this hits lots of good notes.
