16oz can poured into a 20oz pint glass.
L: Pours a cloudy apricot gold with a 1" creamy off white head. Medium carbonation. Very good retention and lacing. Head thins over time.
S: Orange, tangerine, pineapple, light grapefruit.
T: Fresh fruit juices, apricot, tangerine, pineapple, very light pine, light buttered caramel. Not really sweet. Light malt and mild bitterness at the end.
F: Juicy and soft mouthfeel that is hop forward but is by no means assertive. It has a semi-dry medium fast finish. Soft mouthfeel throughout the pint.
O: Simply excellent! Juicy, fruity and lightly dry. Very easy drinking. This brew is easy to rate/review and is very very good. Simple, not extreme in any way. A fantastic example of American IPA.
