100LL Gold Label is the perfect blend of our 18-26 month bourbon barrel aged stout. We took our imperial stout to new heights by adding cocoa nibs & vanilla beans. Subtle and smooth.

Sawyer 100LL Gold Label BBA Imperial Stout, 10.5% ABV. Pours black with no head on an aggressive pour. Aroma is bourbon, chocolate, and vanilla. Flavor is roast malt, bitter chocolate, and bourbon, faintly sweet, slightly bitter, with some bourbon burn. Couldn't taste the vanilla. Excellent thick mouthfeel, overall very good. Surprised this gold version with chocolate and vanilla wasn't nearly as good as the plain non-add-junk silver version.
