Medium: Capped + tulip glass.
Opacity: Clear to hazy.
Color: Dark straw with lots of activity.
Head: Foamy 2 finger.
Legs: Average with decent swirl reaction.
Smell: Hay/Wild yeast/Caramel/Lemon.
Taste: Apricot/Soft bourbon/Clove/Peppers.
Feel: Bready/Spicy/Barnyard/Barrel aged.
Body: Light oily and fluffy, gets a bit thin.
Carbonation: Crispy, but gets kinda dull quickly.
Overall: Very good quality Bourbon Tripel. More like a cross Tripel with Saison or Wild ale. Probably a little oxidized. Warming with promising flavors and feel although the body gets bland easy.
