On tap at local pizza press. 16oz serving from tulip glass.
L: golden straw yellow with complete transparency. About a half finger of head from the pour with lower end of moderate lacing. Singular streams of bubbles string up from the depths of the glass contributing to the frothy white ring that resides around the perimeter. As a package (and on this warm day), it has me salivating.
S: very grainy on the nose with hints of citrus and black pepper.
T: quite nice. Citrus at front, with lemon being the major player. Grain flavor provides the undertones with honeysuckle/lemon finish.
F: light in body and light to medium in weight. Moderate carbonation.
O: nice tasting for a hot day and enjoyable. Can’t go wrong. A touch sweet for how I prefer my pils, but refreshing nonetheless. I am glad to try. Cheers!
