From a 16oz can dated 4/30/21 into a tulip.
Pours a very cloudy pale yellow wiith about two and a half fingers of white head. Decent retention and great lacing.
Has an earthy, spicy, florally aroma. Bread notes in the background.
Very spicy, crisp taste. Maybe a bit of pepper? Very interesting taste.
Medium to full bodied for a pilsner. Medium carbonation. Touch of peppery bitterness in the aftertaste. Not a very smooth drinker though.
Overall, a really nice, really interesting pilsner. Hits the spot on a warm day but also has some depth beyond thirst quenching.

Poured a cloudy, light golden-amber color with moderate effervescence and a white head. The aroma is fresh, malty and fruity; as is expected in a good pilsner. There is a slight to moderate bitter taste that nicely offsets the somewhat sweet malty, spicy flavor. I detect apricot and pineapple flavors. A very crisp, clean taste coupled with a moderately low ABV makes this a go-to session beer!
