Pours a light/golden amber color that was slightly hazy. A moderate white head dissipated rather quickly, but left nice lacing.
There is a fresh malty/pineapple aroma.
The taste is significantly bitter and dry, but fairly malty; so there is a nice balance between bitter and sweet. I also detect a slight flavor of lime.

A yellow-amber brew, now in a clear pint glass, after being pulled from a tap, has a bright white and enduring head. Low on aroma and usually that's not a good thing. But, the taste is sort of complete, although not complex. By the way, there is some wonderful glass lacing. The liquid is opaque without being murky, nor dull. There's just enough malt, although it's probably not all barley, as there's little taste character to the overall. It has a nice slightly bitter hop infusion that shouldn't offend any beer drinker that accepts hops as a legitimate part of the taste of beer. Bolder would be better to some fanciers of the style, but not much is lost here by playing it safely.
