The pour from the pint can didn't go too badly. Unfortunately, there's some irregular stark white foam on top, so there's probably wheat in this IPA. It shows to be closer to translucent than opaque within the clear glass liter mug. The color is bright and light copper-amber hued. The aroma has the sharp, somewhat piney character befitting a West Coast IPA. It tastes a little earthy at the onset than the smell would lead to believe. But, it leaves with enough resinous bite to satisfy most that like this style. The body is just good enough to work for this category. It can't be described as full or rich, yet it is surprisingly good for the style, especially considering there's wheat in the wort. No glass lacing is to be found inside the vessel. This drinks nicely enough that having a second would be no problem. The mid-range ABV fits near perfectly into the taste and texture. It may not be great, but it's certainly above average.
