Brewed with Bohemian Pilsner malt, this traditional Czech Pilsner has a crisp, clean complex malt character of white bread. The use of Saaz hops gives this golden-blond lager a pleasant herbal and floral aroma with a slight hop bitterness.

A - Medium gold color with perfect clarity and vibrant, cascading carbonation giving way to a frothy bright white, one finger thick sticky foam.
S - Crackery crisp, snappy aroma dominated with light citrus and spicy floral all wrapped into an earthy dry aroma.
T - Biscuity malt base that quickly gets drowned out with waves of spicy, floral, grassy, earthiness. Finishes with a sharp bitterness that gradually subsides.
M - Medium body with prickly carbonation and a dry finish.
O - A solid Pilsner but really love the nose on this beautiful looking beer.

From a 16oz can dated 5/16/22 into a tulip.
Pours an ever so slightly hazy golden yellow with about three fingers of fluffy white head. Above average retention and lacing.
Smells of spicy pepper, saltine cracker, corn and a touch of earth.
Nice spicy peppery taste. Some bitter notes as well. Light bready taste.
Sharp, wet mouthfeel. Bitter, spicy aftertaste. Above average carbonation.
Overall...I'm not an expert on the style, but this is a really fun beer to drink. Strong, hoppy backboned pils.
