L: Pours a viscous mahogany and mocha stream with a thin sandy head and some residual adjunct floaters
S: Tons of cacao/dark chocolate and bourbon on the nose
T: Decadent, rich stout base with deep chocolate notes and some creaminess from the vanilla, but the caviar/sea salt steals the show on the finish - salty and sweet
F: Medium-bodied bordering on thick with ample carb
O: Overall an incredible brew from The Eighth State. Well executed and incorporating some lesser (or really never) used ingredients that provided a lush, tasty experience. Excited to see more from these guys!
