TLDR: Looks like a fairly standard stout but behind the humble looks is an amazing stout. Hides the over 12% ABV well with delicious coffee and dark chocolate notes. This is a sweet, dessert stout that isn't heavy or cloying. Just the type I like.
Smell: The nose is dark chocolate forward with hints of coffee. Very pleasant and makes you want to dive in.
Feel: Average. Not thick, but delicate and sessionable. Flavor sits long after the finish.
Taste: In one word, amazing. Dark chocolate forward with notes of coffee. The finish is barrel aged and smooth with a touch of vanilla. Overall the best dessert stout I've ever had.
