Poured from a crowler (18Jun2020) into a Belgian glass
L: dirty orange red, makes me think grapefruit juice mixed with orange or something similar. Small white head that dissipates quickly, some visible carbonation, lots of floaties
S: solid amount of fruit up front, followed by a sugary marshmallow aroma with vanilla. Tons of plums, good amount of passionfruit follows. A bit of salt but not as much as I expected, does balance out the fruit and marshmallow/sugar a touch
T: the marshmallow comes through very well, present at the start and owns the middle and finish. Plums and passionfruit balance out that sweetness, with the vanilla there in both the middle and finish. Very flavorful, sweet without becoming dessert but quite close. Would say the salt is more there to balance, mildly sour
F: medium carbonation, very smooth creamy body putting that on the marshmallow. Very easy to drink
O: know what you’re getting here, I think it’s great. Sweet, very creamy/smooth from the marshmallow, with the plums and passionfruit (plus salt) cutting the sweetness
