Imperial double vanilla stout with toasted coconut, Tahitian vanilla, Madagascar vanilla and Ugandan vanilla. Last year we released No Statues for our first anniversary, which contained walnuts, coconut and three types of vanilla. This year we decided to modify the No Statues grain bill, remove the walnuts and double the amount of coconut and vanilla used. In true birthday fashion, we sourced the best vanilla we could to create an expression of true decadence. Join us in celebrating our second anniversary as we hope to see you for many years to come!

Poured a black body with almost no head at all. Aroma is strong on the vanilla with some burnt or roasted malts thrown in there as well but not much booze. The beer is thick, boozy, sticky, and very vanilla to the point of almost cloying with a touch of malty dryness on the finish. Slow sipper and worth trying but just a tad too vanilla for me.
