Pours an opaque deep purple with a finger purple foam dissipating in moments. Smell is minimal and hard to detect anything particular. Taste on the other hand is very complex. Initial taste is lemon zest, raspberry seeds and other berry pulp. Sweet malty granola flavors come as the beer warms and the vanilla compliments everything perfectly. Feel is very velvety and smooth. Wonderful beer.
