Appearance is nearly fully opaque zinfandel red with no head.
Intensely juicy and thick blueberry and prickly pear collide explosively with the smoke of the mezcal, which almost has a savory, nearly meaty hickory element to it. This combination is cut ever so slightly by the grapefruit and lime.
While not every fruit is clearly expressed, this is a very unique combo, indeed.
