Bottle pour; jet black with no suggestion of a head, though not at all thicc. Nose is carrot cake and spices. The cassia bark is overwhelming on the flavor for me. The finish is hot.

Received a bottle in a trade from BMBCLT 4-1-23. 2023 edition; consumed 6-2-23.
Beer poured flat black with little to no head.
Nose is very nice, very sweet, getting notes of cinnamon and vanilla.
Taste is a large malt base that is made very sweet. Getting the carrot cake and cinnamon up front while vanilla is in the background. Finishes lacking hop balance and am not getting coffee so it is very sweet.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and smooth.
Overall a very interesting beer that has been fun to try. Makes for a nice dessert beer with all of the adjuncts added in.
