Received a bottle from @BMBCLT on 12-9-23. Consumed 4-24-24. Thanks man!
Beer poured black with an okay tan head that dissipated quickly.
Nose is very nice, getting notes of chocolate and vanilla.
Taste is a large mildly roasted malt base in which the chocolate addition blends well. Vanilla was noticeable at first but acclimates with the other adjuncts as my palate acclimates. Finishes with a nutty undertone and a touch of sweetness that is done well.
Mouthfeel is medium to large bodied and very smooth. I am getting a more than usual carbonation factor that slightly detracts the smoothness factor.
Overall this is blended very well, an enjoyable beer!
