Cellared 3 years, but hey it was free so cool! Pitch black shimmering opaque body with a brown ring. Smell has a very big booze, earth, char, maybe some heavily toasted hazelnut. Taste is more what I was expecting hazel vanilla carries before the large booze, earth, char, and splintered dark wood take over. Feel is heavy and dry, decently thick and smooth. Happy that it isn't so sweet, but the earthy, barrely and roasted tones do run away with it, but with 3 years of age on it that is going to happen so I won't penalize
