This is a beautiful beer. Had it from tap in a shaker pint glass, well poured. Slightly hazy brownish golden yellow with a cream head and excellent lacing. Slightly sweet, honey-like smell and taste up front. There is an earthy bitterness at the finish. Very enjoyable beer.
