Enjoyed a 10 oz pour at the taproom 9-4-22 for $7.00.
Beer was served orange with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose had hints of juniper and fresh citrus.
Taste was really well done with the base IPA beer with notes of juniper, orange, and strawberry. Finished with a nice rounded of the minimal barrels; 4/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and smooth.
Overall was a nicely balanced beer, could have used a greater percentage of the barrel to give a little more taste of the juniper. Still, nicely done.
