Faro 13/7 2016. 33 cl bottle on Bohéme Cervejaria. Campy label with a lady dressed up as the Little Red Riding Hood sitting with a beer in front of sunny hills.
Pours hazy amber with a white head. Stable. Settles as a thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is distinctly fruity with a little peach, mango and passion fruit. Clear citric notes. Lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation and a slightly thick palate.
Flavor has a light sweetness followed by a pronounced bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasurable IPA from the Portugese South coast.
