Bottle: Poured a black color stout with a large light brown foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of light Brett notes with fruity undertones with some roasted malt and faint bourbon notes. Taste is an enjoyable mix of roasted malt which are offset by fruity Brett notes with light bourbon notes and a dry finish. Body is about average for style with good level of carbonation. Good balance of Brett and roasted malt with fruity undertones but bourbon was not as apparent as I was expecting.
