Bottle: Poured a deep dark golden color ale with a small foamy head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some apple notes and vinous notes with some oak. Taste is a mix of apple notes with some funky ester and vinosu notes with some oak presence and a dry finish with some tart notes. Body is full with low carbonation. Nice mix of apple flavours with some funky strains and more complexity coming from the wine barrels.
