Nitro-tap. Pours the color and clarity of cola with a creamy, 1/8th inch khaki-colored head. Nose expresses notes of vinous fruit and cocoa. Taste follows nose with a bit of smoke and a hint of maple syrup. The nitro adds a nice creamy texture to the mouthfeel. Overall, a decent example of the style; however, no as rich as I prefer for the style.
