One look around this mill and you are bound to find several examples of weathering steel. A material created to withstand the test of time. Our house IPA features a rotating selection of the freshest available hops as well as a blend of premium malts. Our English ale yeast, combined with late kettle additions and a massive dry-hop charge, resulting in a full-flavored and massively aromatic IPA. Notes of fresh citrus, pineapple, and peach spring to life in this beer.

Pours a hazy orange with no head, just thick sudsy bubbles around the shoulders. Nose expresses big notes of peach and citrus fruit. Taste is somewhat consistent. Fruit is present; however, way in the background. Light toasted malts and noble hops bittering are present in the foreground. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body (closer to light) with an even carbonation shy of assertive. Overall, drinkable, but a little too malt forward as the hops are overshadowed.
