In 1901 on her 63rd birthday, Annie Edson was the first woman to take the plunge over Niagara Falls in an oak barrel. This Imperial stout spends a portion of its life split between Kentucky bourbon and Port wine barrels before being blended back together. The result is a decadent imperial stout. It contains a pleasing subtle heat, combined with roasted coffee, chocolate, cherry, and plum. Clocking in at 10.2%, this beer is sure to inspire daredevils
