Named for the process attributed to the growth explosion of the industrial revolution, this double IPA features a massive amount of hops. Unfiltered, high power, more hops than we are comfortable admitting.
High ABV, Moderately Bitter, Fruity, Honeydew Melon, Stone Fruit, Smooth Mouthfeel.

Pours a dull, straw gold with a slight haze to the clarity but not overly so for the style. Head is a quarter inch and bright white. Nose expresses light citrus aromas and suggestions of tropical fruit. Taste follows nose with the addition of a light biscuity quality. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant assertive carbonation with a nice residual prickle. Overall, reminds me of a NEIPA, old school East Coast IPA hybrid.
