Bright fruit notes with vague hints of dark malt acidity descend into plum, raisin and brown sugar sweetness finishing with restrained heat.

Pours the color and clarity of prune juice with a consistent, cream-colored skim that coalesces around the shoulders. Nose expresses notes of red wine and oak. Taste follows nose with hints of cinnamon and grape skins on a malty backbone. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body, a bit thin for the style, with an assertive carbonation. Overall, decent, but needs more definition to the malt. ABV is extremely well-hidden.
