A 12-oz. pour at the brewery into a plastic cup. A bone-white soapy head with average retention above a pale straw body, hazy, difficult to see my fingers.
Toasted multi grain bread and cracker greets the nose with a faint hint of citrus.
Semi-dry with very low bitterness, a surprising amount of tart and sour lemon taste appears and overtakes the bready/cracker malt. The finish is almost crisp with that tart lemon taste lingering on.
Light bodied with average carbonation, refreshing but a little too much lemon. Enjoyable easy drinker, alcohol is an afterthought.
