This beer arrives a cloudy dark yellow color. The head is firm, and lasts. The aroma is pretty light. There is some breadiness and a little noble hop like spice, but the are faint. The taste is similar, but a bit stronger. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, and creamy (its on nitro). Overall, this beer is alright. It's clean of brewing flaws, and that is big dor The Herkimer.
