A- Deep red, one might say crimson. Medium slightly tanned head to it.
S- Sweet aroma, with some toasty notes as well. Bready with just a bit of fruit.
T- This is a well made red. Definitely malt heavy, with toasted notes throughout, with just a sprinkling of what taste to be noble hops. A simple but good tasting beer.
M- Medium-full body, low carb, almost slick on the tongue, but easy drinking.
O- I like this one. The beers I've like most from Herkimer have been their simpler ones, and this is no exception
