Not at Herkimer but 3 doors down from them (sorry, didn't know how to add a brewery & accidentally put it under Herkimer).
Cask stout poured via gravity into an imperial half pint glass. This is Lynlake Brewery's Sideburns Milk Stout aged on dark chocolate. The extra aging definitely sweetens the brew, adding some more chocolate notes to the flavor. Highly recommended.
